What is the Joist Referral Program?

The Joist Referral Program is open to Joist Pro and Joist Elite users which allows you to earn rewards just by referring other trade contractors to the Joist app.

How do contractors earn rewards?

When you refer a friend or fellow trade contractor to Joist and they sign up for one of our paid plans, you will earn a reward. It is as simple as that.

What is the Reward?

If you successfully refer a friend, you will be sent a $30 Visa gift card to the email you use with Joist.

You’ll get an email from Joist with a link to claim your Reward through our partners at Tremendous

​When will I get my Reward?

You will get your Reward within 24 hours of your friend or fellow contractor signing up to Joist Pro or Joist Elite.

​What if I do not see my Reward in my inbox?
If you do not see your Rewards in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from hello@referrals.joist.com. You can even mark hello@referrals.joist.com as a safe sender, so your next referral hits your inbox.
