How do I change my password?

To change your password in Joist, first log out of your Joist account. You can do this from the Settings, My Account section where Logout is at the bottom of the screen.

From the Log In screen, tap the “Forgot password?” link, enter your Joist account’s email address and send.

Now check your email -- you should have an email with the subject "Reset password instructions" with a link to change your password.

Note that changing your password will automatically sign you or anyone else out of your Joist account from any other devices — they will have to sign in using the new password. 

If you do not see the email in your inbox, try checking your junk mail. You may also need to check your spam or filter settings and ensure to that is allowed to send emails to you and then try the process again from the "Forgot password?" link on the Log In screen.
