Joist + Quickbooks is ready and waiting for you!

As a member of our Quickbooks Sync Early Access Group, we've made our new Quickbooks Sync feature available to you before everyone else!

You can access the feature anytime by simply going to our registration portal. Alternatively, if you'd like to learn more we've included some helpful info below!


Here's how it can help your business...

Our Quickbooks Sync feature automatically syncs your Joist estimates, invoices, clients, and payments with your Quickbooks account.

This means you no longer have to manually copy this data over to Quickbooks just to keep your books up-to-date.

Here's what you need to know...

What data will I be able to sync?

This integration will allow you to sync your Joist estimates, invoices, client data, inventory list, and payments directly to Quickbooks, saving you and your bookkeeper a lot of time.

Initially you will not be able to push data from QuickBooks into Joist, but this is coming soon!


How does this feature work?

With the click of a button, you'll be able to connect your QuickBooks account to Joist.

From there, you simply select the types of data you'd like to sync (clients, estimates, invoices, payments, taxes), and Joist will start automatically syncing that data to your Quickbooks account as it gets created.


What does this feature cost?

We are still finalizing exact pricing, but we expect the feature will cost $9 USD / month, or $90 USD / year.

Syncing will happen on a go-forward basis. Meaning that from the moment you activate the subscription your data will seamlessly start syncing. If there is a lapse in the subscription at any time, the syncing will stop until it is re-activated.


Will this sync with Quickbooks for Desktop?

This first version of the feature will not sync with Quickbooks for Desktop.

But stay tuned on timing for this, and in the meantime - please consider transferring to QuickBooks online to enjoy many benefits like Joist + QuickBooks sync.

Getting started is super easy and only takes a minute:

Step 1 - Click here to access the online registration portal

Step 2 - Select your billing option and payment details - the feature costs $9 USD / month, or $90 / year for annual billing (2 months FREE!)

Step 3 - Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your Quickbooks account

Step 4 - Once connected, you'll be taken to the Settings screen in your Joist account, which means you're all set up and your data is now syncing automatically!
