What is a reserve limit and why is my money being held in reserve?

WePay sets a weekly reserve limit for payments, which can vary from $5k to $15k depending on the payments volume of your business. When you receive a payment that exceeds this limit, WePay will hold on to the funds for a week before releasing them to your WePay account. They will notify you by email any time your money is going to be held in reserve.
