You can change your email address in Joist any time you like. This will affect both the email address you use for signing in to your account and the email address your client's reply to when they reply to an email from your Joist account.
1. Go to the Settings, My Account section in Joist. There you will see your current Joist account email address.
2. Erase the email and enter the new email address and save. It may appear as though the change did not go through, but don't worry. We're not done yet.
3. Now check your email at the new email address for a confirmation email from us. Follow the instructions in the email -- and that's it. Your email is officially changed on your Joist account.
You can follow these steps any time you wish to change your email in Joist -- as long as the email address isn't already being used in another Joist account then you'll be good to go!
