Customize the Email Message Sent to Clients

With Joist you can customize the email message sent to your clients for outgoing estimates and invoices. 

Update the default email message:

  1. Tap SETTINGS at the top of the screen

  2. Then tap on PREFERENCES                                                                               

  3. Type in the custom message you would like to send in your emails under either Estimates Email Message or Invoice Email Message

  4. Tap the checkmark at the top right to save the changes

You can also edit the email message each time you send an estimate or invoice to a client:

  1. Open the estimate or invoice you want to send, and tap the green arrow at the bottom right.

  2. Tap Email to open the email.

  3. In the email screen, tap the default email message text and a keyboard will appear for you to write in a new customized message.

  4. Tap the green paper airplane in the top right corner to send the email
