Add a Contract or Terms & Conditions to the Estimate and Invoice document

With Joist, you can add your own Contract / Terms & Conditions to your estimate and invoice documents.

 

1. Tap More followed by Settings

2. Tap Documents and then tap on Contracts

3. You can create a new contract by tapping New Contract in the top right corner

4. Type in your terms and conditions that you'd like to use, or you can use the default contract that Joist provided and then tap Done

 

 
 

You can choose to set a contract as a default for your estimates, invoices, or both.

 

As well, you can also turn a contract on manually when editing a document by selecting Contract and then adding the contract you'd like to use.
