With Joist you can customize the email message sent to your clients for outgoing estimates and invoices.
Update the default email message:
- Tap "More" followed by "Settings"
- Tap "Email Messages" And select if you want to change your Estimate or Invoice message
- Type in the custom message you'd like to include in your emails
- Tap "Save"
You can also edit the email message each time you send an estimate or invoice to a client:
- In the preview screen, click the "Send" button
- In the email screen, tap the default email message text and a keyboard will appear for you to write in a new customized message
- Press "Send" and you're all set!
