Customize the Email Message Sent to Clients

With Joist you can customize the email message sent to your clients for outgoing estimates and invoices. 


Update the default email message:

  1. Tap "More" followed by "Settings"
  2. Tap "Email Messages" And select if you want to change your Estimate or Invoice message 
  3. Type in the custom message you'd like to include in your emails
  4. Tap "Save"

You can also edit the email message each time you send an estimate or invoice to a client:

  1. In the preview screen, click the "Send" button
  2. In the email screen, tap the default email message text and a keyboard will appear for you to write in a new customized message
  3. Press "Send" and you're all set!
