Does my Information Sync Across my Phone, Tablet and Computer?


One of the great things about Joist is that your information is saved and stored using a cloud server. This means that when you create an estimate from your mobile device or tablet, you can instantly view it on the web, and pick up where you left off. All of your information is securely stored and synced automatically between devices, leaving you with a seamless experience.

Are you missing information on one of your devices?

Try tapping the "refresh" button located on the top right of most screens. Including estimates, invoices, clients, and items. This will push your account to sync information over your devices.

If you do not see your information on the second device, double check that you're logged into the same Joist account - you can go to Settings>My Account to see the email address that you're logged in with.
