You can reset your password from the app by following these steps:
- Click your name at the top right of the screen
- Click “Log Out”
- On the main login screen click “Forgot your password?”
- Type in the email attached to your Joist account, and then click “Send” and we'll automatically send you instructions how to reset your password
But I never received the password reset instructions!
Check your junk mail folder to verify that the email was not blocked by spam filters. Also, ensure that the email address you entered into the password reset field is the correct address associated with your Joist account.
