How Can Customers Sign My Estimates and Invoices?

With Joist, clients can sign your Estimate and Invoice documents right on the spot or later via email.

  1. Ensure the signatures are turned On under Contract & Signature in edit mode                              

  2. Tap the green arrow at the bottom right when viewing the document, tap Sign

  3. The screen will turn and you and your client can sign with your finger

  4. Tap the checkmark in the top right corner to save the signatures

 

Your client can also electronically sign your estimate or invoice document by clicking on the web link that is included in the email that they receive. They can click the 'Signature' button and once they add their signature it will be added to the document.

One other useful tool is that you can receive a notification directly to your device when a customer signs the document via the weblink! Simply turn on this notification in the Notification section under Settings.
