Did you know you can include your client’s address on your estimates and invoices in Joist? And if the service address is at another location, you can add that as a second address as well.
The Service Address section is perfect for situations like:
- The client's billing address is different than the actual job site address
- You do work for a general contractor or property manager across many different job sites
Here’s how it works:
When working on your estimate or invoice, tap Add Client to reveal the Edit Client screen.
Now, to reveal the address section, just tap Show More Fields.
You'll find a section called ADDRESS for your client’s info, and SERVICE ADDRESS for the job site.
Tap the check mark in the top right corner to continue working on your estimate or invoice. After you save, you’ll see any address you’ve added in the header of the document.
When using Joist Payments, it’s helpful to include a service address since it can ensure you get your payment as quickly as possible.
