You can change the email address you use for signing into your Payments account in just a few easy steps. Note that changing this does not change the email on your Joist account.
- Sign into your payments account at wepay.com/login
- Tap the three lines button at the top to reveal the menu
- Tap Security, then Identity to find the option to change your email and password
