You can include a payment schedule on any estimate or invoice in Joist, giving your client a clear view into when each payment on the project is due.
When you are working on your estimate or invoice, scroll down to the Payment Options section where you'll find Payment Schedule. Tap Add to be taken to the Payment Schedule screen.
Here you can add as many payments as you need to, with the ability to give the payment a name, so the client knows what the payment is for, and an amount, which can be set either as percentage or dollar value.
Tap Save when you're done, and when you save your estimate or invoice you'll see the schedule laid out beneath the Subtotal Area.
You can always go back to the Payment Schedule screen to change a payment name or amount, add or delete a payment.
