A footer is useful tool for including information you want every client to see on every estimate and invoice, but that may not be suited to a contract or an individual note. Joist makes it easy to add a footer to all your estimates and invoices.
Here's how:
iOS
Step 1: Tap the More option in the bottom right corner of the screen, then tap Settings.
Step 2: From the Settings screen, tap Document Settings.
Step 3: To add a footer message, tap in the blank space below Document Footer and type out the information you want it to contain.
Step 4: When you are finished, tap Save in the Document Footer screen, then tan Save again in the Document Settings screen.
Your footer will now appear at the end of your estimate and invoice content, not including photos and contracts, which appear on their own separate pages.
Android
Step 1: Tap the Manage option in the bottom right corner of the screen, then tap Document Settings.
Step 2: To add a footer message, tap in the blank space below Document Footer and type out the information you want it to contain.
Step 3: When you are finished, tap the Checkmark in the Document Settings screen.
Your footer will now appear at the end of your estimate and invoice content, not including photos and contracts, which appear on their own separate pages.
Web
Step 1: Click Settings from the lefthand menu, then click Doc Settings from the Settings list.
Step 2: To add a footer message, click in the blank space below Footer Message and type out the information you want it to contain.
Step 3: When you are finished, click Save in the Doc Settings screen.
