When a client pays you through Joist Payments, the balance (minus the transaction fee) typically appears in your PayPal account right away, and you can generally expect to see the funds to transfer into your bank account within 2 business days.
To have funds transferred to your bank account, make sure you have automatic bank transfers enabled:
Can it take longer than 2 days?
In some cases, a payment may take longer than the typical 2 business days to transfer to your bank account. Depending on your bank, weekends and bank holidays may increase the time needed to transfer the funds.
If the delay is on PayPal's side, you will get an email from PayPal explaining why and what you can do to help move the payment along. These emails will typically provide a link to your Resolution Center, where you can take the necessary action(s) to release the payment.
