    Hi Kurtis -- currently you can manually log a payment as either a check (with numeric memo option), cash, or credit card. We're always open to exploring other ways of doing things in Joist, though. The best way to have your ideas heard is to submit a feature request. You can find instructions for doing that here:

    I get payments by E transfer and there is no option for this type of transaction in the payment section of this software.  why not?

    Hi Rob, there are a multitude of payment options available these days and unfortunately we can't cover all of them. I think you could make a good case for including e-transfer however, so I'd encourage you to request this option officially: https://support.joistapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011612633-How-do-I-request-a-new-feature-

    Hi Sujey, we don't provide auto-pay at the moment. That's something we'll definitely consider in the future as we continue to develop Joist Payments :)

    I finish project and custumer say I have card on file (Joist) but I can not take rest of the money
