    Hi David, thanks for posting the screenshot. This is a browser issue typically and it can be resolved in a few different ways:

    1. Clear the cookies for the Joist app in your browser (don't clear all cookies, just the ones for Joist).

    2. Try another browser like Firefox or use Incognito mode in Chrome

    3. Try using this link to access your list of estimates:
