automatic updating of issued proposal?
I have found that after I issue a proposal to a customer via text or email that any changes or additions ( whether it is adding or deleting items or loading more photos) I were to make is automatically updated to the customer with me physically sending a new text or email. Can this be turned off.
I often add notes, drawings or additional photos for use by the office or installation crews in which I do not want sent to the customer.
Please advise.

Hey Sean, the app is designed to show the most recent version of the estimate or invoice to your client.
If you need to make changes that you would prefer not to share with your client, you can try duplicating the original estimate/invoice and make the changes on the duplicated document instead.Comment actions
