automatic updating of issued proposal?
I have found that after I issue a proposal to a customer via text or email that any changes or additions ( whether it is adding or deleting items or loading more photos) I were to make is automatically updated to the customer without me physically sending a new text or email. Can this be turned off.
I often add notes, drawings or additional photos for use by the office or installation crews in which I do not want sent to the customer.
Please advise.
