Unable to view signatures

I am unable to view signatures in joist. I have had 2 clients sign and I am unable to see signatures anywhere. I got notifications that they were signed, but I cannont view the signatures myself. I have tried both the app (android) and online. Am I missing something? I need to have some record of a signature, which is why I subscribed to this app in the first place.
