We do not share information about any of our accounts or account holders with anyone but the account holder. If your client has questions, we encourage them to reach out to you directly.
We do send automated emails to let your clients know if they made a payment through our system, or if the payment ran into any kind of issue. Standard stuff that any reputable payments processor would do. But beyond that, we do not personally reach out to your clients, and if they do reach out to us we will always direct them back to you.
