How do I remove an item from an estimate or invoice?

You can remove an item that's been added to any Joist estimate or invoice at any time.

Here's how:

iOS and Android

First create a new estimate or invoice, or edit an existing one. Next, make sure you have at least 1 line item added to your estimate or invoice.

Tap the Organize button, located above the line items, and a Red Circle button will appear to the left of each item.

  • iOS only: Tap the Red Circle button and then a Delete button will appear. Once you tap the Delete button, the item will be removed from the estimate or invoice you're working on.

  • Android only: Tap the Red circle button to instantly remove a line item from the estimate or invoice you're working on.

Repeat for as many items as you need to remove. When finished, tap the Done button above your line items.

You can make changes again at any time by tapping the Organize button and repeating the steps above.

Web

First create a new estimate or invoice, or edit an existing one.

To the left of any item you add, a red circle button will be visible.

Click the red circle button to instantly remove a line item from the estimate or invoice you're working on.

Repeat for as many items as you need to remove.
