How do I change my plan payment method?

To change the payment method for your Joist plan, please make sure to sign into your Joist account on the same platform/device originally used to purchase your plan.

For iOS devices:

To change your Apple Account payment method, check out Apple's guide for instructions.

For Android devices:

To change your Google Play Store payment method follow Google's guide for instructions.

On the Web (laptop/desktop computer):

Click the Joist Pro tab in the lefthand column, then click on the Update Credit Card button at the bottom of the screen.
