What is Joist's refund policy?

As per our Terms & Conditions, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please see this article: How Do I Cancel or Downgrade My Plan

If you purchased your subscription directly through the Joist website, and you feel that you are eligible for a refund, please submit your request via email to hello@joist.com

When submitting a request, it is important to provide the following:

  1. The email address for the Joist account associated with your refund request.

  2. A copy or screenshot of the official Joist receipt for your subscription fees (this was sent to you by email*)

* please check all of your email addresses for the receipt, as your Joist account email address and the "payer" email address for your subscription may be different.


Apple App Store

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, refunds and cancellations can only be processed by Apple.

Tap the "Report a Problem" button on your App Store subscription receipt or go to the Apple Billing Page to manage your subscription.


Google Play Store:

If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store, refunds and cancellations can only be processed by Google.
