To change the payment method for your Joist plan, we recommend using the platform where you originally purchased your plan (App Store / Play Store / Joist Website). Instructions are provided below for each platform.

If you have a new device however, or if you can't access the platform where you originally purchased your plan, please contact our support team for assistance at hello@joist.com or through the messenger in the app. We can help you to end your current plan and start a new plan -- all of your Joist account data will be safe.
For the App Store (your plan was purchased on an iOS device):
For the Play Store (your plan was purchased on an Android device):
For the Joist Website (your plan was purchased on a laptop & desktop computers):
Go to the Joist Website and sign into your Joist account.
Click the Joist Pro tab in the lefthand column, then click on the Update Credit Card button at the bottom of the screen.
