How do I cancel or downgrade my plan?

We’re sorry to see you go! To cancel your plan, please follow the steps for your platform listed below. Make sure to cancel your plan using the same device that you originally used to purchase your plan.

After you cancel, you will continue to have access to your plan until it expires.

If you would like to downgrade your plan, please cancel and wait for your current billing cycle to end. After your current plan expires, you will be able to select a different plan.

For iOS devices:

To cancel your plan, follow the instructions Apple provides here.

For Android devices:

To cancel your plan, follow the instructions Android provides here.

On the Web (laptop/desktop computer):

Click the Joist Pro tab in the lefthand column, then click on the Cancel button.
