How can I change the login email address for my Joist account?

Changing the login email address for your Joist account is a multi-step process.

Please make sure to read through the instructions provided below, before you attempt to change your login email. We promise it will save you time!

Tap More in the bottom right corner, then Settings.

Tap My Account to view your current account email address.

Make any changes to the email address then tap Save.

Note: It may appear as though the change did not go through, but don't worry. We're not done yet.

The final step is to check your email *at the new email address* for a confirmation email from us. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the change.

You can now use this new email address to login to your Joist account going forward.

Android

Tap Manage in the bottom right corner, then My Account to view your current account email address.

Tap on the Email address displayed to go to the Change Email screen.

Enter your New Email, and then enter it again on the Confirm New Email line.

When both emails match, you can tap the checkmark button in the top right to save.
