To set up Joist Reviews, jump to instructions for:

Step 1: Tap More > Joist Reviews
Step 2: Tap Enable Reviews
Step 3: Add or confirm your business information
Joist will automatically fill in the relevant information from your Joist account if it's available.
Make sure you have the same business name shown on your Google Reviews page so that your clients can leave you Google Reviews.
Step 4: Tap Set up to confirm your business info and you're done!
Step 5: Now every time an invoice in Joist gets fully paid, your client will be asked to leave you a review.

How do I get Joist Reviews?
Joist Reviews is available when you subscribe to a Joist Elite monthly or annual plan.
Can I turn Joist Reviews on / off?
You can turn Joist Reviews on or off as needed in the Joist Reviews settings of the app. The on/off setting applies to all invoices.
What will my client see?
After an invoice is paid in full, your client will receive an email with a short, 30 second satisfaction survey and an option to leave a Google Review (if you're set up for Google Reviews).
Try sending yourself a test invoice and mark it paid to see the full client experience from start to finish!
Where can I see my reviews?
There a 2 different types of reviews:
Joist Reviews from email satisfaction surveys.
Google Reviews left by your clients on your Google Business page.
When a client responds to a Joist Reviews survey, you will see their ratings and any feedback they provided in the Joist Reviews settings of the app. These Joist Reviews will not show up on your Google Business page.
If your client also chooses to leave a Google Review, they will be directed to your Google Business page to write a review. Google Reviews will not show up in your list of reviews in the Joist app, however.
Will I be notified when I receive a review?
You will see an alert in the Activity section of Joist when a client leaves a Joist Review.
Google Reviews left on your Google Business Profile will not generate notifications. Likewise, Joist will not send push notifications directly to your phone for reviews.
