Joist Reviews are designed to help you build your online presence effortlessly. Easily collect Google Reviews* to elevate your business reputation. Now, after a Joist invoice is paid, your client can automatically be asked to leave a review. This simple yet powerful tool makes it easy to collect feedback and showcase your work, helping you to attract more business and get the recognition you deserve!

* Requires a Google Business profile address. Only available in US/CA.

Reviews are currently only available on the Joist website. Use the instructions below to get started after signing into your account at https://pro.joistapp.com from your laptop/desktop computer.

Step 1: Click Reviews from the left menu

Step 2: Click Register

Step 3: Add or confirm your company name, address, and phone number

​Joist will automatically fill in the relevant information from your Joist account if it's available. Make sure you have the right business address so that your clients can leave you Google Reviews.

Step 4: Click Setup

Step 5: Click Done

Step 6: Now every time an invoice in Joist gets fully paid, your client will be asked to leave you a review.

​You can see all the reviews your clients leave you, and enable or disable Joist Reviews, directly in the Reviews section of your Joist account.
