How do I change my password?

You can change your password to your Joist account at any time.

We recommend that you make a note of the login email address for your Joist account before you begin: How do I find the login email address for my Joist account?

Keep in mind that you will need access to the login email address to finish changing your Joist password.

Use the links to jump to instructions for:

iOS

Tap More in the bottom right corner, then Settings. Now tap Logout at the bottom of the screen.

From the welcome screen, tap Sign In in the bottom right corner.

Below the sign-in options, tap on the Tap Here button.

Enter the email address for your Joist account and tap SEND EMAIL

Check your email app for an email from Joist titled Reset password instructions. If you don't see it after a few minutes, check your junk mail and spam settings.

Follow the instructions in the email to change your password.

You will see a message that says "Password Successfully Changed" when finished.

After successfully changing your password, use your new password to sign into your Joist account.

Note: Any other devices signed into your Joist account will be logged out immediately after you change your password.

Android

Tap Manage in the bottom right corner, then My Account. Now tap Logout at the bottom of the screen.

From the welcome screen, tap the Log In button in the bottom right corner.

Below the Log In options, tap Forgot Password?

Enter the email address for your Joist account and tap Send Email

Check your email app for an email from Joist titled Reset password instructions. If you don't see it after a few minutes, check your junk mail and spam settings.

Follow the instructions in the email to change your password.

You will see a message that says "Password Successfully Changed" when finished.

After successfully changing your password, use your new password to sign into your Joist account.

Note: Any other devices logged into your Joist account will be logged out immediately after you change your password.

Web

Click your name in the top right corner of the screen, then click Logout

From the sign in screen, click Forgot your password?

Enter the email address for your Joist account and click SEND
