How do I add clients to my account?

You can add as many clients as you like in your Joist account, and Joist gives you lots of ways to do so.

On the Web version you can even import or export an entire list of clients.

Use the links to jump to instructions for:

iOS

First, tap the Clients button at the bottom of the screen to view your existing clients list, then tap New Client.

Tap Create New Client, and you can manually enter the client's details and save.

Tap Import From Address Book, and you can add any client you have already stored in your phone's contact list. Tap as many contacts as you wish to import, then tap Import at the bottom of the screen.

Android

First, tap the Clients button at the bottom of the screen to view your existing clients list, then tap the Green Circle.

Tap New Client, and you can manually enter the client's details and save.

Tap Import Client, and you can tap to add any client you have already stored in your phone's contact list. You can make any changes to the client's details and when you're ready, tap the Checkmark to save.

Web

First, click the Clients button in the lefthand column to view your existing clients list.

Click New Client at the top of the list and you can manually enter the client's details and save.

Click Import/Export and choose Import to add a list of clients saved as a CSV file to your computer from another program like Outlook, Apple Contacts, Excel, etc.
