How do I edit an existing client in my account?

You can edit an existing client in Joist, ensuring the changes you make will be included in any future estimates or invoices you add this client to.

Use the links to jump to instructions for:

iOS

First, tap the Clients button at the bottom of the screen to view your existing clients list, then tap the client you wish to make changes to.

Tap Edit in the top right corner, then make any changes to the client's information as needed.

When you are ready, tap Save and your client's information will be updated.

Android

First, tap the Clients button at the bottom of the screen to view your existing clients list, then tap the client you wish to make changes to.

Tap Pencil in the top right corner, then make any changes to the client's information as needed.

When you are ready, tap the Checkmark in the top right of the screen and your client's information will be updated.

Web

First click the Clients button in the lefthand column to view your existing clients list, then click the client you wish to make changes to.

Click Edit in the top right corner, then make any changes to the client's information as needed.

When you are ready, click Save and your client's information will be updated.
