How do I manage my Joist Elite subscription?

You have full control over your Joist Elite subscription, including changing your plan, updating your credit card, and canceling, should the need arise.

Use the links to jump to instructions for:

iOS

View subscription details

Tap More in the bottom right corner of your Joist app, then tap Joist Pro. From here, tap on Plan Details to view your subscription information.

Change your plan

To make changes to your subscription plan, such as changing from a monthly to annual plan or cancelling your subscription, follow the instructions Apple provides here:

Update your credit card

To manage the credit card you have on file with Apple (used for in-app purchases like your Joist Pro subscription), check out Apple's guide here:

Android

View subscription details

Tap Manage in the bottom right corner of your Joist app, then choose My Account. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to view the My Subscription section.

Change plan or update credit card

To make changes to your subscription plan, such as changing from a monthly to annual plan, cancel your subscription, or to update your payment method on file with Google Play (used for in-app purchases like your Joist Pro subscription) follow the instructions Android provides here:

You can update your credit card or cancel your subscription from within your Joist account.

Just click the Joist Pro option in the lefthand column, then view your options at the bottom of the screen, as seen here in this example:
