If you need to change or remove a payment from an invoice for any reason, Joist makes it easy to do so.
Here's how:
iOS
First open the invoice and tap on the Payments button at the top of the screen.
From here you will see any payments currently recorded on the invoice.
Locate the payment you wish to change or remove and tap the three dots button to the right, then tap Issue Refund.
The payment will be erased from the invoice, as if it were never there. You can now record a new payment with new details, if you need to.
Android
First open the invoice and tap the Green Circle button in the bottom right, then tap Payments
From here you will see any payments currently recorded on the invoice.
Locate the payment you wish to change or remove and tap the three dots button to the right, then tap Issue Refund.
The payment will be erased from the invoice, as if it were never there. You can now record a new payment with new details, if you need to.

First open the invoice you want to record a payment on. Then click the Payments button at the top of the screen.
