You can turn notifications in Joist on or off at any time.
Use the links to jump to instructions for:
iOS
Tap the More option in the bottom right corner of the screen, then tap Settings.
From the Settings screen, tap Notifications. Here you will see options for Client Opens Email, Client Views Document, Email Not Delivered, and Client Signs Document.
Tap the switch next to any option to turn it on or off. The switch will show green when set to on. When you are done, tap Save.
You'll also want to make sure you have notifications enabled for Joist within your device's settings.
Android
Tap the Manage option in the bottom right corner of the screen, then tap Preferences.
Scroll down to the Notifications section where you will see options for Client Opens Email, Client Views Document, Email Not Delivered, and Client Signs Document.
Tap the switch next to any option to turn it on or off. The switch will show green when set to on. When you are done, tap the Checkmark to save.

Web
While pop-up notifications aren't available in the web app, you can turn the options on or off from here to change how Joist on your mobile device works.
First click Settings from the left hand column, then Preferences.
Under the Notifications section you will see options for Client opens email, Email not delivered, and Client signs document.
Click the switch next to any option to turn it on or off. The switch will show green when set to on. When you are done, click Save.
