How do I export my Joist data for tax and accounting purposes?

Updated yesterday

With Joist you can download your Invoice and Estimate data for record keeping and accounting purposes.

You can do this from a Desktop or Laptop computer when you sign into your Joist account at pro.joistapp.com

  1. Go to your Estimates or Invoices section from the lefthand column

  2. Click the grey Export button at the top right of the screen

  3. Select the month you would like to export

A .CSV file will be downloaded to your computer, which can be opened with a spreadsheet app like Microsoft Excel. You can repeat this process for each month you wish to download.

Note: If you are using a smaller sized computer monitor or a laptop with a smaller display, you may need to zoom out to see all of your available exports.

  • Windows: CTRL + the minus key to zoom out / CTRL + the plus key to zoom in.

  • Mac: CMD + the minus key to zoom out / CMD + the plus key to zoom in.
