Stripe - How do I issue a refund?

If you ever need to refund your client for a payment they made through Joist, we've got you covered. You can follow the steps below while in your Stripe Dashboard.

1. Find the payment in your Stripe Dashboard and click Refund Payment

2. Confirm the details of the refund and tap Refund. Please note that transaction fees for payments will not be refunded.
