With Joist Pro, adding a Custom Logo to your estimates or invoices is an easy yet powerful way for you to look more professional, giving your clients confidence that will help you win more jobs.

Your logo will automatically appear in the header of all your estimates and invoices. If you decide to change your logo or rebrand, your new logo will appear on all your previous estimates and invoices as well.

Here's how you can use the Custom Logos feature in Joist. Use the links to jump to instructions for:

iOS

Step 1: Tap the More option in the bottom right corner of the screen

Step 2: Tap Settings

Step 3: Tap Company Information

Step 4: Tap Delete Logo

Step 5: Tap Choose Logo

Choose the image from your photo library (note that if you use iCloud Photos, your photo may need a moment to download to your phone after you tap it). You can pinch to zoom in and out to pick the perfect crop level if you like.

Step 7: Tap Choose and the image will be added to your Company Information screen

Step 8: Tap Save when you're done and the logo will be added to all your estimates and invoices

Android

Step 1: Tap the Manage option in the bottom right corner of the screen,

Step 2: Tap My Company

Step 3: Tap Remove Logo

Step 4: Tap Add Your Logo

Choose the image from your photo library. You can pinch to zoom in and out to pick the perfect crop level if you like.

Step 5: Tap the Checkmark and the image will be added to your Company Information screen.

Step 6: Tap the Checkmark again when you're done and this logo will be added to all your estimates and invoices.

Web

Step 1: Click Settings from the left-hand menu

Step 2: Click My Company

Step 3: Click the White Trashcan Icon to the bottom right of the current logo to remove it

Step 4: Click Add Your Logo

Choose the image you would like from your computer and it will be added to your Company Information screen.

Step 5: Click Save when you're done and this logo will be added to all your estimates and invoices.
