Your Zyratalk free trial includes 14 days of full access to the AI Receptionist experience. During this trial period, your AI Receptionist can answer incoming calls, interact with callers, and perform the actions you've configured.
If you do not subscribe before your 14-day trial ends, your service will enter a 7-day grace period, beginning on Day 15, before it is fully deactivated. During this time, the AI Receptionist will no longer answer incoming calls.
However, to help ensure business continuity and avoid missed customer inquiries, incoming calls will continue to be forwarded to a voicemail service during the 7-day grace period.
What is available during the 7-day grace period:
The AI Receptionist will no longer answer or interact with callers. However, during the grace period:
Callers can leave voicemail messages
You will receive new voicemail notifications, and recordings can be accessed in your account
What happens after the grace period ends?
Once the 7-day grace period ends:
Call forwarding to your AI Receptionist will stop. As a result, you will no longer receive voicemail notifications, and voicemail recordings will no longer be available in your account.
Your trial experience is considered fully expired
A paid subscription is required to continue using AI receptionist

Once your subscription is activated, your AI Receptionist service will resume according to your selected plan, and your configured settings will remain in place.
