Joist Payments will no longer work with WePay as of June 1, 2024

Switching takes just a few minutes and ensures no disruption of service. Plus, you'll get new payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Note: Below information is the legacy article for WePay and does not apply to Stripe. We'll have new help center articles for Stripe coming soon.

Any payment you receive through Joist Payments is tracked from within your payments account. You can access this account any time.

Here's how:

1. Log into your WePay account at

2. Go to Activity.

3. Look for the "Showing" menu in the Activity section and select the option you want: Total Sales, All Activity, Deposited Amounts, Disputes, Monthly Fee Statement, or Payment Methods.

4. For downloading reports, select "All Activity", or "Deposited Amounts".

5. Choose a Time Period: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Month to Date, or Custom. (Custom allows you to view previous months.)

6. After choosing an option and time period, use the download button to download a CSV file with your report. You can open the downloaded CSV file in any spreadsheet app, like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
