How do I customize my email messages?

You can include a personalized message to your clients when emailing them an estimate or invoice from Joist.

Here's how:

iOS

Tap the More option in the bottom right corner of the screen, then tap Settings.

From the Settings screen, tap Email Messages. This will take you to the Email Message Settings screen.

From here you can choose to customize both the Estimate email message and the Invoice email message. Tap the message you want to change, enter your changes, then tap Save in the top right corner.

When you are done, tap Done in the top left corner.

Now any estimate or invoice you email from Joist will contain your personalized message.

Android

Tap the Manage option in the bottom right corner of the screen, then tap Preferences.

From here you can choose to customize both the Estimate email message and the Invoice email message. Tap the message you want to change, enter your changes, then tap the Checkmark icon in the top right corner.

Now any estimate or invoice you email from Joist will contain your personalized message.

Web

Click Settings from the lefthand menu, then click Preferences.

From here you can choose to customize both the Estimate email message and the Invoice email message. Click the message you want to change, enter your changes, then click Save in the top right corner.

Now any estimate or invoice you email from Joist will contain your personalized message.
