After you've won the job with an estimate from Joist, you can quickly and easily convert that estimate to an invoice, saving you a ton of time in the process.
Here's how:
iOS
Open the estimate you want to convert
Then tap the Invoice button at the top of the screen.
A new invoice will appear, containing all the information that was in the estimate. You can edit the invoice if you like at any time, or keep it as is to send to your client when you're ready to collect payment.
Android
With the estimate opened, tap the Green Circle button in the bottom right of the screen
Then tap the Invoice button.
A new invoice will appear, containing all the information that was in the estimate. You can edit the invoice if you like at any time, or keep it as is to send to your client when you're ready to collect payment.
Web
Open the estimate you want to convert
Then click the Generate Invoice button at the top of the screen.
A new invoice will appear, containing all the information that was in the estimate. You can edit the invoice if you like at any time, or keep it as is to send to your client when you're ready to collect payment.
