The Interactions section in your Zyrtalk account is where you can learn more information about your call logs, potential clients, and how your receptionist is doing.
What you can find in Interactions
In the Interactions section, you can:
View a history of all AI-handled calls
See details collected from each call (e.g., name, phone number, address)
Monitor how the receptionist is interacting with customers (listen to the call and/or read the transcript)
Leave internal notes on transcripts
View the “Personal Data” section for a quick overview of your caller's information
How to access Interactions
Step 1 : Open the Joist app
Step 2: Select the AI Receptionist. You will find the AI Receptionist tab on:
Web: the left-side menu bar, then click AI Receptionist, and click Go To Your Assistant
iOS: click More in the bottom right corner of your page, and then click AI Receptionist from the list
Android: click Manage in the bottom right corner of your page, and then click AI Receptionist from the list
Step 3: From the main screen, click on the Visit This Page for View Calls and Reporting on the left-hand side of your screen.
Step 4: Click on Your Interactions at the top-middle of the page
Step 5: You will see a list of all your AI call history and will be able to click into each section to view the information or listen to the call.
Step 6: If you would like to customize your search dates, go to the Date Range option on the top right-hand side of the page and fill out the dates you would like to see.
Why is this useful?
Reviewing your Interactions helps you:
Verify that the AI is collecting accurate information
Identify gaps or issues in conversations
Track and follow up on potential clients
