How do I delete or remove items from my account?

There's no limit to the number of items you can store in your Joist account. But if you absolutely must delete an item from your list, Joist has a way.

Use the links to jump to instructions for:

iOS

First, tap the More button in the bottom right corner, then tap Items to view your existing items list.

Tap the Item you wish to remove, then scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Item.

Please note that once confirmed, this action cannot be undone.

Android

First, tap the Manage button in the bottom right corner, then tap Items to view your existing items list.

To delete a single item: Tap the item you wish to remove, then tap the three dots in the top right and choose Delete.

To delete multiple items:
Tap the three dots in the top right, choose Delete then you will see empty boxes appear next to your items.

Next, tap the box next to each item you want to delete and it will put a checkmark in the box.

Once you have checked all the items you want to delete, tap the small garbage can in the top right and you will be asked to confirm. Tap the option to Cancel if you want to go back and make changes, or tap Delete to permanently remove the items from your list.

Please note that once confirmed, this action cannot be undone.

Web

First click the Items button in the lefthand column to view your existing items list.

Click the item you wish to remove, then scroll to the bottom and click Delete.

Please note that once confirmed, this action cannot be undone.
