  • Opens the email you sent from Joist

  • Views the estimate or invoice

  • Signs the estimate or invoice

you'll get a notification on your phone, arming you with powerful knowledge that can lead to faster, smoother job-winning.

Here's how you can turn the Notifications feature On in Joist. Use the links to jump to instructions for:

iOS

To Turn On Notifications in Joist:

  1. Tap the More option in the bottom right corner of the screen

  2. Tap Settings

  3. Tap Notifications

Make sure that the switches for Client Opens Email, Client Views Document, and Client Signs Document are turned on (green).

You'll also want to make sure you have notifications enabled for Joist within your iOS device settings. Here's how.

Android

To Turn On Notifications in Joist:

  1. Tap the Manage option in the bottom right corner of the screen

  2. Tap Preferences

  3. Tap Notifications

Make sure that the switches for Client Opens Email, Client Views Document, and Client Signs Document are turned on (green).
